HOW TO GET TO VIGAN
Vigan is 8 - 10 hours from Manila by bus, and it is undoubtedly the best way how to travel there money-wise. You can choose from many companies to travel with, and they don't differ much, but our tip is to choose an overnight bus.
It will save you time and money because you won't pay for accommodation that night. Tickets to Vigan are cheap, and you can book them in advance.
The other way is travel by plane, but as there are no direct flights at the moment, you can fly from Manila to Laoag Airport Ilocos and from here take the 2-hours bus to Vigan. This option is more pricey but will save you some time.
